Special Training with the Billionaire

:: Special Training with Mr. Mark Lei Oct. 09, 2010

In our life, we need Vitamin M. Do you know, that? Vitamin M – MONEY. Like the body that needs nutrients to function well, we also need money in our life. That’s why we do Amway. It’s our source of Vitamin M.

Attendance is important, very important.  If people don’t know how to do Amway but just attend again and again and again, they will learn. Take the example of Olympic  Championship. They do the same thing again and again. The Chinese dives for example keep diving. When they are on their own, they dive and dive. When the coach comes, the coach tells them to dive some more. 4 years they practice to dive and compete after that.  But how many people get the first place? Only 1. How many people compete – thousands.

But in Amway, it dos not matter whether you are champion. If this is a race, it doesn’t matter whether you are champion or not. What matters is that you pass the finish line. Pass the line to earn the Vitamin M. There is no need to compete with others.

Mr. Mark Lei used himself to be an example:

He started with Amway in 1983 at the age of 26 years old. He met Amway in May but he started doing the business in October of the same year. His goal was to be a Crown Ambassador at the age of 43. However, in 1995 he wasn’t a Crown Ambassador. But at that time, Amway opened its market in China. Two years late of his goal but Mr. Mark Lei became a Crown Ambassador in 1997 in two countries – China and Taiwan!

Key points he emphasized:

       - We have to work quickly and do faster to help more people and to help our family.
       -     Amway is teamwork. Team work is one of Amway’s values. You don’t have to work alone. We can pass our ability to our partners. Of course we always have to be thankful. We show gratitude to our mentors who spend their time to help us.

Supporting the family can give a lot of stress. Take the example below.

To carry the couch would be a big burden for one  person.

To have other people help carry the couch makes it easier.

And easier…

Until you reach the point that you can let go and your family can still be supported.

With Amway, even if you are not holding the couch anymore, the family is secured.  If one relies on one self, one cannot take a rest. The family’s burden is all upon you if you are alone.

How to Build a Solid Healthy Business

1.    Value – with 3-5 years effort (with Focus) >> you can become an Emerald.  You can earn P2M per year. If you become a Diamond(help six people become a Platinum) you can earn P5M a year.
Do Amway Part time in time but full time in heart

2.    Belief – Believe in yourself. Have power. Why be busy for Ten to Fifteen Thousand? Why not be busy for a Million?
