How to Lose Weight in Ten Days

If you are driven by some strong desire to attain weight loss, most likely, you''ll get it. An upcoming Prom, birthday bash, or some  beauty pageant can be simple but very strong reasons to  lose weight rapidly. It is possible given that you follow  a strict diet - mainly fruits and vegetables and a reduction of sugar, protien and carbo loading and much exercise.  However, it is not  advisable to refrain from carbo for long term as carbohydrates is needed by the body also for its usual metabolic processes. I've known people to faint because of too much abstinence.

Worse yet, some people take drastic moves of taking  pills to suppress their appetite. For a few days it may be good but to maintain artificial methods isn't healthy with repercussion on the organs that clean up our body. Even taking slimming teas can be bad as too much bowel movement can cause dehydration.

There are many ways you may find in the net how to lose weight but the problem comes when you have to maintain your new weight. Many have been successful for a time but few have really been able to keep up the good works. Why? It requires a lot of discipline.  It means minimizing, if not giving up your favorites - cakes, salty 'junk food' and of course - COLA!  But you see, it's a choice. If you stick by your choice, nothing is impossible.
