There are several factors contributing to the shortened life expectancy and all can be summarized by one word- lifestyle. We've forgotten the basic essentials in our clamor for survival in the so-called modern world. The society we live now dictates a lot of expenses that we wouldn't even be spending on ten years ago and we have to earn MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. We live a fast paced life putting in peril our health.
We all know health is wealth but often times we take it for granted. We are not able to eat right anymore. We go for the fried chickens too often. Come to think of it, those chickens were raised on feeds so that they grow fast also. What nutrients could they derive from the waste products of corn? What nutrients can they transmit when they themselves were malnourished? But what's our choice? We don't have much time to prepare fresssh green salads so we'd just buy from the restos and eat them with all the heavily calorie-loaded dressings.
Add to the poor diet the dirty environment. If the bacterias don't get you, the pollution will. Plus there's stress to deal with. Of course to cope with stress, many would turn for solace to alcohol or coffee drinking and smoking. We can't exercise because of our irregular time at work and we feel so sluggish because of our lack of sleep.
Everything becomes part of a chain that we get caught up into and we tie ourself up with the bad lifestyle. We have to break free from such bondage. If we don't get out of our way to destroy a bad routine, surely, we won't grow old. Because we will die young!
One possible solution we can turn to is supplements, specially those provided by trusted brands like Nutrilite. One great product they have is the Double X which contains 12 vitamins, 9 minerals, and 17 phytonutrients. We've known since before the need for vitamins and minerals but little has been said about phytonutrients. Maybe you have'nt even known until now that such nutrients we get from plants help in fighting free radicals that usually causes cancer. They are also responsible for improving the performance of various organs in our body.
Check out my labels later for phytonutrients to know more about the benefits that they can give.
